Skinlique AI is a skincare routine app that uses AI to analyze a photo you provide, along with a short quiz, to generate personalized skincare routine suggestions. It is built with a focus on deeper and melanin-rich skin tones.

Skinlique AI is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The "skin score" and analysis we provide are general, cosmetic routine guidance based on visible characteristics in your photo — not a dermatological or medical assessment. If you have a persistent, painful, or worsening skin condition, please see a licensed dermatologist or physician. Do not delay seeking medical care based on anything in this app.

• Creating an account requires an email address and is required to save your results and access paid features.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly ($6.99) or yearly ($49.99) through our payment provider, Paddle.
• New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for your selected plan.
• You can cancel anytime through your account settings or Paddle's customer portal. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law or offered at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.

You retain all rights to any photo you upload. We do not store your photo after analysis — see our Privacy Policy for details. By uploading a photo, you confirm it is your own image or one you have the right to share, and that you are 18 or older.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app's operation
• Upload photos of anyone other than yourself without their consent, or of anyone under 18

Skinlique AI is provided "as is." While we work to make our AI analysis accurate and useful, we do not guarantee that recommendations will be free of error or suitable for your specific skin condition. Individual results from following any routine may vary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skinlique AI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any skin reaction to products or routines suggested. Always patch-test new products and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@skinliqueai.app.

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
